- Processing: orders are prepared within [processing time] before they ship.
- Tracking: you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple packages: our products ship from fulfillment partners, so items in one order may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.
- International: where available, international shipping is calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient.
Returns
- 30 days: you can return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Bras and intimates: must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept worn intimates.
- Skincare: must be unopened and unused, for safety reasons.
- How to start a return: email [support email] with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check your return. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
- Exchanges: need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email [support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
